Rye Bread : Wheat Free UK Recipe

I finally find a Rye bread recipe that contains no wheat yet is really simple. Great huh?
Yep...except for one thing. It's a UK recipe so everything is in grams and liters. Trying to convert this recipe is giving me a headache. Though if anyone wants to try and help...here are the measurements:

1 kg rye flour
20g fresh yeast
800 ml tepid water
20g sea salt

The rest of the recipe is here if you would like it.

Do I need to bring you some sea salt and "tepid water"?

Its not a UK recipe. The UK still uses Imperial measurements. Its more likely an NZ, AU or mainland European recipe. (we're all "civilised", and use metric, where everything is either 1/10th or 1/100th of the next largest measure. Its a much easier system to use and learn, and appeals to my sense of "lazy")
Oh, and 1 kg = 2.2 lbs, 20 g = approx 7 oz and 800 ml = 27 fl oz.
