I finally find a Rye bread recipe that contains no wheat yet is really simple. Great huh?
Yep...except for one thing. It's a UK recipe so everything is in grams and liters. Trying to convert this recipe is giving me a headache. Though if anyone wants to try and help...here are the measurements:
1 kg rye flour
20g fresh yeast
800 ml tepid water
20g sea salt
The rest of the recipe is here if you would like it.

You know, the height thing isn't a huge surprise. Even though we use metric here in AU, I still know my height in feet and inches, and I know my childrens birth weights in pounds and ounces. Its just easier since we're fairly new converts to metric.
